2017 was a great year for PlanetRomeo Foundation. We funded an unprecedented € 207,383 to 46 projects worldwide.
Rasan Organization held a community forum in December 2017. The forum focused on LGBT issues in the city of Sulaymaniyah, Iraq.
In our 2nd grant cycle of 2018, we funded more than € 47,000 to 10 new projects in 9 different countries.
CEDEP held a trans* community training in Malawi.
DEYSTVIE launched a virtual LGBTI community center and opened a physical center in Bulgaria’s capital city Sofia.
THREAD Initiative works hard to form LGBTI communities and train its members. Their work bears fruit: 717 community members now work as peer educators.
We granted in total more than € 42,000 to 9 new projects in 9 different countries in the 1st quarter of 2018.
Rainbow Alliance Nigeria is a community-based network of LGBT people in Abia State, Nigeria.
