Total Together, a flagship of I Reach My Hand Africa, supports marginalized communities in Zimbabwe, particularly LGBTQ+ seniors. Their initiative Safe and Visible provides comprehensive healthcare, mental health support, and long-term care for LGBTQ+ elders, a group often excluded from mainstream social services. The organization is a response to the widespread neglect and discrimination LGBTQ+ seniors face in Zimbabwe. With little available information or support structures, many are forced back into the closet or denied essential services.
